2016 Northwest Elks Invitational 3-Cushion Billiard Tournament

 

Where: Tacoma Elks Club
When: June 10, 11, 12th, 2016
Entry Fee : $50 (Entries limited to the first 14 Paid Players)
Format: 15 Point Games, Race to Two Wins, Scratch Play.

This is a non-USBA Event, Elk Membership or Invitation Required, those who receive this notice from the Tournament Director via email are invited. Standard USBA Rules apply.

First round of all Matches will be the first game in each Match
Second round will be the second game and third if required until all Matches are complete.
Players will lag at the start of the first game to determine who will break in the first game of the Match, the loser of the lag will break in the second game of the Match. If the third game is required, a lag will determine who will break in the tie-breaker.

If the third game is required, equal innings will be enforced. When one player reaches 15 points, and he was the breaker in that game, the other player has the option of playing one more inning, from where the balls lay. If he reaches 15 points, the Match will be considered a draw, but the second player to reach 15 points may not win, just force a tie. In this case each Player is awarded ½ Win.

In the case of a tie in the flights, Head- to- Head will prevail. In the Finals a Tie in the Money will require on 15 point playoff.

There will be two High-Run Awards, one for “B” and above, and one for those below .550 BPI Average. Player levels will be determined prior to start of Tournament.

Finals will be held Sunday morning and 2 players from each flight advance to a round-robin final. Format for the finals is the same 15 point race to 2 wins.

The Prize fund will be $40 from each player paying three places, a full field of 14 will raise a prize pool of $560.00.
