Tournament Format and Requirements
Dates: Player Meeting + Pomp & Circumstance - 6:00 p.m. October 13, 2016
Play Begins - 7:00 p.m. Thursday October 13, 2016
First Available Table Rule Applies for ALL Preliminary Matches
NO Pre-Match Warm Up Allowed after First Round – No Exceptions
Format: 32 Entrants – (See Player List on Page 4)
FOUR 8-man Round Robin Brackets – 20 Points
2 Players each bracket advance to 8-man RR Finals – 25 Points
Top Two 3rd Place Players will Cash (based on 32 paid entries)

* Tie-Breakers = Win/Loss, Total Pts., Head-to-Head, Points Against, Averages
* One player seeded per bracket (seeded players determined by George Ashby)
* ALL PLAYERS are asked to keep score a MINIMUM of Two Matches OR to
designate someone to cover for them. Designee to be documented on score sheets
(i.e. Signed "John Smith" Scoring Appointee for "Your Name Here").
* Score Keepers Required for All Matches. Do not start a match without one!
* Winner scores next match on that table until scoring obligation is fulfilled
* Winner cleans the balls
* Loser vacuums the table
Please Respect the Very Minimal Dress Code
• ALL SHIRTS MUST HAVE A COLLAR
• Clean & Neat Jeans or Slacks.
• Comfortable but Clean Shoes

DONATIONS: Rushville Residents and Rushville Tournament Entrants have donated
Thousands of Dollars. Noel Mendoza (Schuler Cue by Noel Mendoza) also made
generous cue donations to benefit the event. All Donations are Welcome and
Appreciated. Donations will first go to cover the balance of event expenses (rent, food
related etc.) and the entire balance then will go to enhance the prize fund.
